Are you having issues creating a test connect account?
We do have some test Connect account data that you can use, https://stripe.com/docs/connect/testing#account-numbers however, I may not be understanding your question fully. Are you able to add more details so I can better assist?

This is the UI that I'm getting when trying to add a test bank account on my Connect account. On your first screenshot that shows all of the Connected Accounts, can you click on the third account id ending in Fua please?
From there, click on settings > external bank account shows in the middle of the page
What do you see there?
