That depends a bit on how your integration is built. We allow for automatic payment method selection for our Checkout Pages and Payment Element, so enabling payment methods in your dashboard will make them appear when applicable if you are using automatic payment methods.

So do you know if your app is using automatic payment methods with either of those?

@fallen ore We use StripeElements for our checkout elements, we don't use prebuilt Checkout Pages currently. We list Cards from Customer s via the API currently to display payment methods

Are you using the Card Element or the Payment Element? If you are using the element that is just the card, your page won't be affected. If you are using the payment element, it could display those other payment methods depending on how you are using it
