You don't need to pass bank name. BIC would be routing number and account number is just account number

instead of 1234567890 , 000123456000 works....
maybe you can update the docs

test cards in https://stripe.com/docs/connect/testing#account-numbers is correct.. they works... but it's not insync with https://stripe.com/docs/connect/payouts-bank-accounts
in https://stripe.com/docs/connect/payouts-bank-accounts -> it says bank codes is 3 characters...
in https://stripe.com/docs/connect/testing#account-numbers -> sample data is 999-0001 😄
