Yep, that's a ACH CT Source (https://stripe.com/docs/sources/ach-credit-transfer), we automatically create them for the customer for any invoice that has ach_credit_transfer as a supported payment method (which https://dashboard.stripe.com/invoices/in_1LvH6jDMxIuutZDZex0IX5sI does as per your settings)
