I just received it this week. Replacement for another that was setup wrong.

Okay so two things.

I would first plug it in and leave it alone for a while, then try a factory reset (hold both blue buttons for 5 seconds).
Replace the replacement

I will leave it for a few hours [blinking at me] and see if it will reset.

It will not powerup without the power adaptor plugged in. Then … blinking
