I have a problem please.
I integrated the stripe REST API on a website I did the test in production (€5) everything was okay.
But customers send me screenshots of direct debits on their card, yet the stripe still displays incomplete.
Do you see any successful payments coming through that match what the customer is showing you?

That's a Payment Method ID, which is the object which represents the payment information. Can you give me the Payment Intent ID which starts with pi_?

Apart from the two test payments that I made myself, three people called me to report this.
You also mentioned this was happening on card payments, but this Payment Intent is not a card payment. Can you confirm this is the correct Payment Intent?
Three people out of how many? Like what percentage of transactions are experiencing this issue?

Looking at this specific Payment Intent I don't see an integration issue, but I'm not sure this is the correct one?
There are several transactions initiated, but only two successful (my two tests). For the others incomplete only 3 people are complaining.
What percentage though? Like are you seeing 3 payments failed out of 300, which would be 1%, or are you seeing 3 out of 6, which would be 50%?
I see 32 payments, 2 successful, 30 incomplete and of the 30, 3 people have written to tell us they have been debited

I did my tests with the card, but on the site I display all the methods returned by stripe.
