Do you have any radar rules defined ton your account to block certain emails?
so I'm accessing this through connect since it's one of our tenants that are reporting this - so I can't see if they have radar rules, but I'm fairly certain they wouldn't have the technical capability to go in and do that themselves
so unless the account was preconfigured with that...
So the email on the customer object is 123@gmail.com which in live mode could be an indication of fraud

Yeah since the email looked fishy, we blocked the underlying charge which is ran to validate the payment method
Since that failed, the request to attach failed.
