The card issuer requested 3DS in pi_3Luo7THIt450iiBT0G1rk1E0. That's why 3DS was trigerred
Was the customer present to make a payment?
3DS was triggered but user wasn't able to place order as 3DS remained incomplete even when the user performed 3DS.
There was no record from our showing that the user performed 3DS
That's why it showed that PaymentIntent as incomplete and awaiting for 3DS authentication

But users said they have entered the authentication codes, what might go wrong after entering the codes to your side receive the 3ds authentication request ?

From Stripe side, we are unable to tell what happened to the customer as we do not have 3DS information. I'd recommend asking the customer to provide the screen recording or ways to reproduce, so that we can investigate further

Yup, 3DS authentication page is provided by the card issuer.
How are you integrating with Stripe for 3DS?
We create setupintent for user creating credit cards and creating paymentintent for user to pay.
that sounds like a pretty normal flow. Like what river mentioned, reach out again with the steps to reproduce or a screen recording. Unfortunately, there's not much with can help with further until we get those.
would 3ds be perfomed when user adds back the card after removing it from the App?
if 3DS is required then yes
