They're the best people to talk to if you're having specific issues with your account

Real people staff our support - that's really the best place to go if you're having account issues since I don't have the permissions to look into specific account details like that

I'm really sorry I can't help you more, but if there's something that's flagged your account then you need to talk to support so they can make sure your account is put back in a good state
