Hello, can you clarify what you mean by
But, I'm stuck with sending payments to my customer through my stripe account.
What are you stick on and what would you like to do instead?
Also is there a reason you are working with our legacy ACH flow instead of our current one?
We still support the legacy flow, but it can often be easier to work with the newer one
Hello @sharp hazel I'm working with Plaid as I said, they have sent me to the document of stripe I have successfully created a transaction between customer bank account to our stripe account but now I wanted to transfer money from stripe account to customer bank account, yeah sure we can do ach payment transfer
@sharp hazel if you don't mind can we do a meeting session and I can share my screen and explain it to you?
Ah thank you for the clarification. So paying out money to users requires using Stripe Connect. Basically you can become a platform and can create accounts for each user you need to pay out to. There are a lot of ways to integrate with connect and this doc lays out info that can help you get started in understanding how you may want to use connect https://stripe.com/docs/connect/explore-connect-guide
Two other helpful docs here are our docs on connect account types and charge types. These can help you understand what to use based on the relationship you want to have with your users and how you want to pay out money to them
