We have a product for this called Stripe Connect. Basically your users would create some kind of Stripe account (probably either a Standard or Express one in this case), you can take payments for them. There are a couple ways you can do this but basically you will create the payment intent and charge the user and you define on the payment intent how you want to split the funds.
