How many devices are affected?
We tried on 2 ipads and 2 iphones
while talking to you, I asked my colleague for her terminal to test and it connected. So I went back to my old one and that didn't connect.
So I have one terminal connecting with iOS device and one connecting with Android, but not vice versa
What terminal device is this? Can you provide models and serial #s for affected devices?

When you try to connect, do you see any errors thrown by the SDK?
Do you have any logs from the devices that you could share?
As far as I know, we haven't changed anything as such
I just saw that terminal lights flickering and now its processing on Android
