Hello can you explain more of what you mean by "true/false for Transaction_Management_ID"? I am not familiar with that ID
Sorry, it should be Transaction ID Management Enabled
I believe it is used for off-session payments, but need to understand if they need this or not
Is there a Stripe doc you are referencing here? I am not familiar with that term in the Stripe system

I also see their doc mentions being enabled for something in the Stripe dashboard.
In Stripe Dashboard you must be logged in to an account that has been approved to use the features “Managing Transaction ID” to be able to view their corresponding documentation.
To be enabled for that you can reach out to our support team on this page https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
One more question: do you know where in the dashboard they would look for this information?
Or do they need to reach out to their account manager to find out if it is enabled?
@glossy oyster I am not convinced this is needed. Spreedly uses Connect and has the feature. Really the first step is to talk to Spreedly directly
