Thanks! Well as the error message explain:
that Checkout Session if for an amount of $99.00, so it cannot be paid by a card issued in India. You would need to change the currency of the payment to INR to be able to charge this card.

How to do that? Is there any documentation?

I am using price_ids which are in USD

The simplest option is to create a new price in INR, and use that when you create the Checkout Sessoin.
