As I said for that event you can't no now, because the retention in the public dashboard is 15 days, but for future event you can see the attempts in the event details:

But does "There is 1 pending webhook" mean that no webhooks succeeded for that event yet? Or what is the meaning of "pending webhook"?

it means one of the endpoints we tried to send the webhook to did not respond with a 200
