Once you setup your custom domain, Stripe will use it to send invoices, receipts, and failed payment notifications to your customers.

I just want to set [e-mail] and not any other like [e-mail]

[e-mail]
etc.

how can I set only for [e-mail] and rest can be sent via stripe default emails

I don't think that's possible. But I would recommend to ask that question to Stripe support directly to be sure: https://support.stripe.com/contact
