Hi, not sure how to help since I am not super familiar with Zapier 🙂 From Stripe point of view you have different secret/publishable key for Test mode and Live mode
I see, Zapier lets me connect my account but then I can't switch between livemode and testmode anywhere
Any clue as to whom I could contact to ask?
How was the UI to connect your account?
Did you have any button or fill in any value?
No, just email/password - then select from my sub- account(s)
(I have 3 sub accounts)
Okie, I think Zapier should have a toggle somewhere on their UI. But since it's owned by Zapier, could you reach out to their Support team?
