How are you including Stripe payments exactly? This does not look like Stripe Checkout. Is it your own customer payment page?

Ah in that case I'd suggest reaching out to Shopify support to have them help you enable this for your account and get it working like you expect. I'm afraid I don't have any access to their systems or any knowledge about how you can enable that.
