for the test environment, I got the 3DS Auth Dialog via using this Card Number
"4000000000003220"

Sure but there are lots of different things that can happen in production depending on the card issuer

Hmmm so this one is a bit odd

I can see that 3DS failed here because the issuer stated that there is No Card record

#

So in this case, the card holder needs to reach out to their bank and ask why that happened
