Oh no, is this on a road map. I am trying to migrate from quickbooks invoicing and the smart reminders are crucial to get clients to actually pay ๐

If you're on invoicing plus then you can enable reminders for one-off invoices

I have that but it never worked, after sending an invoice and waiting seven days it never sent a follow up.
I will be sending about ~50 - 100 invoices a week, so something I would like to have working before launch.

Ya, our clients order via a portal and the counts of items vary week to week. So they pick what they want delivered and then we bill after delivery.
Our clients order every week or two but amounts always vary.
We use freshline.io as order portal and after order is placed and fulfilled we trigger invoice creation and send via stripe api's
Gotcha so these must be one-time invoices. Interesting, as the enabling the setting should've sent a reminder email.
I would suggest you reach out to our support about that so that they can look into this, our team on discord doesn't know much about reminder emails as such
