Update:
I enabled "Stripe Connect" and now can access this resource.

I understood that connect is a "multi-party" solution that's mainly for marketplace type of operations.

In our use-case where only Stripe customers would authenticate, should we be using Connect or Stripe Apps?

(Note: We do not have a need to expose any UI on the Stripe Dashboard.)

As far as my understanding goes, you should be okay with using Stripe connect.
