So one thing to keep in mind with Standard connect, is that if an account has connected to another platform before connecting to you, when they connect to your platform, you don't connect to the original account. We create a second account with a copy of their data and connect that to your platform

So do you know if you are connected to a copy account here? It may be possible for you to make these calls but you would just need to use that account's ID
