As my colleague mentioned, sometimes it is a mapping issue on the bank side, so there will be scenarios where you and Stripe are passing along the right info but the bank doesn't use it. Will see if that is the case

Yeah definitely looks like the statement descriptor was set properly and passed on to the bank from what I can tell. This seems like something on the bank side
