hi! as far as I know, no, Invoices are specifically immutable after being finalized(in many jurisdictions that's required)

Ok. I have a customer who forgot to add their VAT initially, and now there are a few invoices without their VAT and they say they have accounting problems due to this.
Is there anything I can do to help them?
