Heyy,
so i have statement descriptor setup for my clients (using stripe express),
when some clients are checking the charges on their bank some appear as other xxx than the statment descriptor that was setup

any reason for this?

Actually, there is some limitation on Statement descriptor or it could be some issue on the bank or card issuer mapping issue.
Could you please share an example PI in order to see if we are sending the expected statement descriptor to the card network at least ?

Are you expecting to have this Clean Plates #6113 as a statement descriptor for this charge ?
