We don't have a "card brand selector" as part of the Payment Element.
The brand displayed is determined from the number entered

Not to my knowledge. But if you want to prompt your customers for specific brands (or prevent them from submitting certain brands) you can do that.
The Payment Element emits a change event that includes the card brand once it is known
