hi There's nothing I'm aware of that you're supposed to do differently when charging the cloned payment method, and I don't see anything in particular in logs I have access to beyond just that the payments declined.
I'd suggest reaching out to https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true for help with livemode decline investigation
