No, there are many invoice line items, but each item doesn't contain invoice item ID, it only contain ID of related subscription item

I want to modify the title of the invoice line, to product description instead of product name

Can you give a concrete example? Like which Invoice Id? which Invoice Item Id are you expecting?

It's a bit confusing since yes the Invoice of a Subscription will normally contains that Subscription's item ID
