Yes IIRC. Support would be able to give a definite answer tho
What is IIRC?
If I remember correct, sorry 😅
Okay it says my payout should land in my bank account on the 17th
it succeeded on the 8th of this month
Yeah that's totally expected. First Payout often takes up to 7 more days
For you to receive funds, Stripe (or your platform) makes payouts to your bank account.
Payout availability can vary based on the industry and country you’re operating in. In most cases, when you start processing live payments from your customers with Stripe, you won’t receive your first payout until 7–14 days after receiving your first successful payment. The first payout may take longer for a number of reasons, including your country or being in a high-risk industry. Processing subsequent payouts then happens according to your account’s payout schedule.
Ahhhh okay okay i see thank you orakaro & do you guys have digital cards?
Sounds like https://stripe.com/docs/issuing
Yes i was reading up on that & i emailed you guys about it but haven't got an response
Hmm I think Support should get back with at least some explanation. Anything specifically I can help with?
Yes the stripe invoice fee was around 35 bucks
& they charged an additional 4$ stripe fee is that common? & should i expect the funds to land in my bank account on the 16th or 17th since it's showing 2 different dates
You would want to check the Payout detail. We have APIs for that
how do i check the payout detail & what is an api?
Complete reference documentation for the Stripe API. Includes code snippets and examples for our Python, Java, PHP, Node.js, Go, Ruby, and .NET libraries.
It's Stripe API. If you are a developer and hire one, they would know how to do it.
If you don't, you can look at reports on your Stripe Dashboard, ie: https://dashboard.stripe.com/reports/reconciliation
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
so the funds will not land on the 16 or the 17th?
I think it should land around 16th or 17th. Why would it not?
just curious because iv'e never used stripe as a payment method before as i have to ship a big amount of shoes for that payout i don't wanna get scammed
When the funds is in your Stripe Account balance means we already took it from the Customer. The Customer paid already. It just takes more time when the func in your balance get "payout" and you can work with Stripe Support on checking the Payout status
they are not in my account balance it says the funds are expected to hit my bank account on the 16th or 17th
