I believe it will make a new account with a different account ID. Have you tried testing it out in test-mode?

No but I think it says that email not required in test mode if I remember correctly

That's true, you would have to create the account via the API in order to supply an email, but it will accept identical emails multiple times

It’s weird bec I think back when it accepted emails in test mode and I would put in same emails in another connect account it would ask me to login instead of continuing with the onboarding

What type of account were you making? It's a little different with Connect, because a single user can have multiple Connect accounts across 1 or more different platforms

This was a while back (back when email was required in test accounts)

Just want to be sure that if a user deletes his account on my end and creates a new one and tries to onboard; I won’t have issue with having 2 of the same account_ids which would violate db unique constraint
