We don't escalate things that way. Writing in to support via email is the best option to receive the correct help.
I understand you don't escalate things that way but would I be here if the traditional route worked?
It's been years of contacting stripe through email with little to no response. I'd appreciate being escalated to the next person

I fail to understand how Stripe claims "24x7 phone support" since 2018 and doesn't offer it at all?
