but some of my clients were automatically "refund" and other still see the transaction on their banks accounts and both used Revolut

I have 2 clients both used revolut
I cancel there orders and for one the transaction as endend and the other no
but It's the first time him having this problem back then they were no problems

but as you see both orders as been canceled and I didn't take the money
so my question is that like for shopify payment some authorize payment transactions can take 7 days to ends so I wanted to know if my clients needs to wait to get is money back or do I need to change something in my settings?
Ah I gotcha. So you cancelled the payment, but the auth is still showing on the customer's bank statement?
