hi! I don't think there is really, you could ask https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true but I don't think we have any readily available workflow or tool to undelete everything.
not sure what you can do, maybe look at historical Events on your account related to Subscriptions or so on, and from those deduce what Products you had and recreate them, I suppose it depends how much data there was
