bcz i have putted this config for failed payment
when payment failed and his retry was pending between this time i get his next payment date in subscription end date instead of failed date

yep, that is what that field means
the failed payment date would be related to the Invoice instead. I think you could get it by accessing the latest_invoice, then listing Charges associated with that Invoice's PaymentIntent and checking their dates https://stripe.com/docs/api/charges/list#list_charges-payment_intent
But payment was failed so how can i know his last payment was failed till his retry?

well if the subscription is currently cancelled, then you know that the most recent charge returned from the approach above was the last attempt
Bcz my retry process was going on for 7 days So, till that date when i get subscription details i want to know that my payment was failed
