what do you mean by is the invoice generated etc...? why would there be an invoice for the account?

The commerce receives the payment, and I (main account) receives a fee through payment_intent.application_fee_amount.
I want to justify that payment, so I don't know If the fees of Stripe & main account are received by the commerce, so I think:
· Stripe generate invoice with the fees he applied to the main account (or commerce?).
· Main account get invoice for the fees collected in the payment with the param application_fee_amount.
· Commerce only receive an invoice with the money received (so It does no appear Stripe/main account fees.)

In this case, the main account was used to received the payment. Now we change the model and the commerce receive the pay. So What is the destination for this tax invoice
