Has this device ever worked for you, or has it always failed?
To be clear it has never worked to process payment intent

We believe something was misconfigured on this device and we'll need to send you a replacement - just waiting to hear back on what is the right process here
@quaint birch When you get a chance can you send an email to support and tell them you spoke to us here and need to get your reader replaced because it was set up incorrectly? They should be able to route you to the correct people to kick off the process
