I don't think that is possible via the API but Stripe might have tools to migrate like that internally. If you reach out to our support team they should know more about what is possible to transfer between accounts here https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true

Gotcha, unfortunately I'm not sure off the top of my head and the server is too busy for me to take a good look. Support will either know or will be able to put you in contact with our team for migrations though
