you should create and search for it immediately

so you should create an invoice and then search for it immediately after the creation

#

and you will see that it does not appear immediately

#

but if you re-execute multiple times after 3-5 secons it will appear in the list

Ultimately this is likely a race condition that you'll need to workaround. Perhaps you can utilise the invoice.created event with a webhook instead
