Hi there,
Not very familiar with Xero unfortunately, do you have any idea how the Payment are created and managed through Xero ?

So, apparently there are 2 options. reconcile the transactions through the movements that my bank receives (But the amounts aren't the ones written on the invoices, as Stripe takes the commission per payment automatically)

And sometimes, Stripe can take from to days to process payments, so sometimes I can see transactions that include multiple invoices only in one transaction

But I cannot identify the invoices that those payments refers to

#

The other way is to open a stripe account of transactions and I can see the full amounts of the invoice (without saying the number of the invoice that it refers to) and a separate charge from Stripe related to that transaction

But I still have the same problem... In both cases, Xero does not show the info from Stripe related to the # of invoice just paid

Sorry, I'm afraid that I can't help you because this is something triggered by Xero that I'm not familiar with, maybe contacting Xero support could be a good idea and see how they are tagging payments when connecting with Stripe
