This sounds to me like a Separate Charge & Transfers scenario (although I really don't get what you mean by badged transactions):

Because Stripe does not have a micro-transactions rate there we have to badge multiple transactions from the same user to avoid high fees. So I wanted to know if that can be integrated with Stripe Connect as well
