I'm so sorry. I confused the documentation of the description of the object with the documentation of the creation of the object.

So it looks like the destination_payment_method_data parameter is valid when you **create ** the object versus destination_payment_method_details parameter is for when you retrieve the object

if you look at the response then you'd see the parameter
