👋 Thanks for reaching out
I invite you to ask Stripe Support for this at
https://support.stripe.com/contact
As we only handle API integration questions here
I've already told them
as I've told them very early about the debit issue
no answer, nothing from them though ...
I finished ending here and found other people with the same pb
Here the same situation
i will got no update
whereas our situation is more than critic
al
because of this issue
AFAIK, the issue has been resolved and you probably received an email if you are impacted with the list of impacted transaction. You should recharge them.
If the bank are cancelling the SEPA mandates, probably you should re-acknowledge the mandate from each impacted customer, I don't think that Stripe could reconfirm the mandate by it's own, as it's something done by the issuer's bank unfortunately.
seriously
you announce me that I have to resign 3,4 K mandates ?
seriously ?
because you made a mistake
Could you please your accountId ?

But again as it's not a technical integration question, sorry I don't think I can help further, but I'll try to see what I can do internally
that's the thing for critical pb, we don't have an appropriate contact
Meanwhile I strongly recommend you reach out Support again at :
https://support.stripe.com/contact
and choose email option with more details (maybe some impacted customers)
Could you please share an example customer Id which has a mandate canceled by his bank ?
yes

His bank told him that the debit will be rejected tomorrow
for similar reasons
As you corrected the request parameters
I've come to think that the mandate has been invalidated because of the previous request with "recurring parameter = no"
but I did ask to call the bank to see exactly the source of the pb
I'm waiting for this
I'm affraid It will affect many (or all ) the relaunched sepa debit
it's terrible
