Yes. a platform can manage connected accounts via Dashboard.

The platform can create a connected account through Dashboard, and Dashboard will generate a one-time URL that the platform can send to connected account holder to complete the onboarding.

This is my use-case : setup future payments

The end-user will pay to platform account and some amount of it should transfer to one of the connected accounts.

I want to achieve the use-case given above with the Platform.
