How the Email field used in Stripe side?, Is there a side effect if we use a user's subscription email address in our side?
The email is used to send to verify bank with microdeposits: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/ach-debit/accept-a-payment?platform=web&ui=API#web-verify-with-microdeposits

We previously used Plaid + Stripe doing bank account integration, which don't have the Full name of bank account anywhere in UI flow. What the difference about bank name used in Plaid and Stripe Financial Connection?
The network (NACHA rules) requires bank account holder name. Plaid + Stripe was legacy and did not collect the bank account holder name. Stripe Financial Connection is the recommended way moving forward.
