Hi there

#

When you say "admin page" do you mean the Dashboard?

cursive jolt
#

Yes

rancid apex
#

Can you link me to the Subscription in question?

cursive jolt
#

For example - subscription sub_1LgF6vCYIYr4SWC9bNluclmU

rancid apex
#

We don't have a specific UI for a Sub Schedule. But it should be referenced if the Schedule has started

#

(Looking at your example)

#

Actually I don't remember exactly how we show this in the Dashboard

#

Let me double check

cursive jolt
#

But sometimes i can see subscription_schedule on subscription page and can remove or change it

rancid apex
#

Right

#

Give me a sec

#

Do you have an example where you can see the ability to update a Subscription Schedule from the Sub page?

cursive jolt
#

For example - on our test account sub_1Lok9fLLJi9S5LvqLtcifZ2F

rancid apex
#

Thanks taking a look

#

Hmm okay yeah this is a bit odd.

#

To be honest, I'm not totally sure. As we focus on the API here we don't really know much about the Dashboard-specific flows/abilities. I think you should surface this to our Support team: https://support.stripe.com/contact/login. They work with the Dashboard directly and will be able to better determine whether this is a bug/regression or if this is expected here for some reason.

#

I wonder if the reason is due to the Sub schedule on that recent example having a scheduled update that is going to occur

#

Versus I believe the other example does have a Schedule but it is not actually going to influence the Sub anymore

#

Err wait that may not be correct. Looks like the other one you provided also has remaining phases...

cursive jolt
#

Maybe in the version where the schedule is not displayed - the subscription does not change, and there is no need to display the schedule

rancid apex
#

Right that is what I thought.

#

But I think the example you provided above shows the opposite?

#

Oh wait no!

#

I misread the dates/timestamps

#

Yes that appears to be it

#

So sub_sched_1LgF7UCYIYr4SWC97bUPvHg0 which is the schedule for sub_1LgF6vCYIYr4SWC9bNluclmU is in its 3rd phase right now which is the final phase of the Schedule

#

Since it is set to end_behavior: release then this phase will just basically continue on

#

So it is the new "default" at this point

cursive jolt
#

Yes, here subscription will change in the future

rancid apex
#

So there is basically no remaining scheduled update

#

Which Sub is that?

cursive jolt
#

"For example - on our test account sub_1Lok9fLLJi9S5LvqLtcifZ2F "

#

ok, I will use it for check in our code. Thanks for help!
