As far as I know, that can happen if the card restricts what business categories it can be used for. Do you know what business category you are setting for your connected accounts? If that is not configured properly that could be the issue
It used to be SaaS by mistake. We have changed it to Lodging but still we have the same issue.
This is the business category of the connect account (the hotel) not ours (the software).
Should be change our industry as well?

I believe that could be the reason as the industry on your account is different

I tried changing the industry on the platform as well but the same issue happened.
