It’s Oauth

Basically endpoint needs a authorisation token, which expires every 2 weeks

But on webhook dashboard I see only option to configure endpoint, no headers option

No, there's no headers option for webhook endpoints.

If security is the concern, you can put this list of IP address in your server's allow list (https://stripe.com/docs/ips#webhook-notifications), the webhook notification will only come from one of these IP address.
