Ah so a payout is when you pay out funds from your Stripe Account's balance to your bank account. A Transfer is when you transfer funds from your platform's account balance to your connect account's balance. The "destination" param in the above request is supposed to be a bank account not a stripe account

So ultimately, what are you trying to do here?

Transfer funds from platform balance to connect balance?

ah ok, idk why but it told me the changes published but I still had an old pod running the api
