Actually, the start date of the subscription and the start date of the first invoice are the same. The end date of the subscription and the end date of the last invoice are the same

My scenario is
Once payment is recieved invoice.paid event is fired and I catch this event and fullfil the order.
The tenure for subscription can be the start and end date mentioned in invoice ??

Yes you can keep the subscritpion active betwen the two dates that you get from the invoice
