I get an email from Square or paypal whenever someone cancels and I'd like to get this feature from Stripe. Could you guide?

You would need to use webhooks here and send yourself an email based on customer.subscription.deleted. We don't have a feature out of the box that does this.

I know that customer portal has been recently implemented for ppl who don't know how to code

so I was able to get that set up easily
